Roméo et Juliette received ten performances this season.
A handwritten note in an official company program states that Carrie Bridewell, the Stéphano, also sang the music of Benvolio. The name of the tenor scheduled for this role, Aristide Masiero, is struck out by a stage manager. A newspaper account suggests, however, he may have been onstage miming the action while Bridewell sang.
